An experimental aircraft builder certificated as a repairman for this aircraft under § 65.104, a light-sport repairman certificated under § 65.107 (in accordance with their certificate privileges under § 65.109), an appropriately rated FAA-certificated mechanic, or an appropriately rated FAA-certificated repair station may perform the condition inspection required by these operating limitations.
