FAA Order 8130.2M — Operating Limitation 3

Appendix D · Table D-1 · p. p168

The addition of weapons or special military mission systems is prohibited. Flights related to providing military services or flights for which no civil regulatory framework exists (for example, air combat maneuvering, air-to-air gunnery, target towing, electronic countermeasures simulation, cruise missile simulation, and aerial refueling) are prohibited under this airworthiness certificate. These activities are inherently military, not civil activities.

Does this one apply to your aircraft?

AWCReady decides limitation 3 for you — from the aircraft and the 14 CFR 21.191 purpose.

Not every limitation goes on every aircraft. AWCReady gates each one against the airframe’s attributes and certification basis, asks only the questions that matter in plain language, and assembles a review-ready package.
