FAA Order 8130.2M — Operating Limitation 33

Appendix D · Table D-1 · p. p181

Compliance with all the manufacturers operating limitations (e.g., POH, light-sport AOI, aircraft flight manual, military manual), placards, and markings is required unless exceedance of a limitation is required for flight testing that was described in the program letter used as the basis for this airworthiness certificate. Intentional exceedance of a limitation that was not described in the program letter is prohibited. Intentional exceedance of a manufacturer limitation described in the program letter requires compliance with the operating limitation related to major changes appended to this airworthiness certificate, except that notification to the responsible flight standards office is not required.

Does this one apply to your aircraft?

AWCReady decides limitation 33 for you — from the aircraft and the 14 CFR 21.191 purpose.

Not every limitation goes on every aircraft. AWCReady gates each one against the airframe’s attributes and certification basis, asks only the questions that matter in plain language, and assembles a review-ready package.
