The pilot in command must not perform any maneuvers that have not been flight tested or operate the aircraft outside the weight, airspeeds, and center of gravity limits tested except in accordance with Phase I operating limitations. If you do not have Phase I operating limitations, you must obtain a research & development airworthiness certificate and demonstrate compliance with § 91.319(b)(1) and (2).
